Too Human pulled from Xbox Live marketplace photo

Twitter let us know today that Silicon Knights' title Too Human disappeared from the Xbox Live Arcade Marketplace today. Actually, everything related is also missing, including the demo, themes, and gamer pics.

Where did they go? Well, remember the Silicon Knights v. Epic Games battle from a couple of months back? The court ordered that games using Unreal were to be recalled or destroyed, and Too Human's disappearance may have been a result of this ruling. Other titles, like X-Men Destiny and The Sandman, were also to be destroyed under the direction of the courts.

It's a sad story, really. It's even more sad to look at the Xbox product page, where you'll find that it's been stripped of all purchase links.

Got a sealed copy? First, HAHAHA. Second, you might have a collector's item.
