Is he spewing words without knowing the definitions or is he really that off the mark?
Also, the controls ruined the game. End of story. I might know more about the game through the demo, but the controls were trying too hard to be different that they sucked. They sucked Denis... no, scratch that, Penis. Yeah, I get those two mixed up...
"Well guys you know what, I will stop lying and just straight out say it. The game sucks, don't waste your money, its been a wasteful 3 years of my life so don't buy it, I will just get fired and move to a hobo home somewhere in LA. Thanks for all your non-support"

So yea, you made your shitty product, you gotta sell it somehow. yes, lying is a key to it.
Other things turn me off like mention of how the story is poorly told and you need some prior knowledge of Norse mythology to understand it properly. Also on the subject of story, I think Gamespot said it took about 10 hours to complete and was anti-climactic with little to no drama. Maybe Dennis Dickfat should have given Too Human a self-contained story instead of splitting it into three under developed parts and stuffing them with useless shit so he could tout it as 80 hours of gameplay or whatever horseshit he was spewing at that moment in time.
Denis- if your game is so innovative and so different that an overwhelming population of your audience finds it mediocre at best, then you've failed at making a video game. You may -however- have made a brilliant, multi-million dollar budget art piece. But the point of making a video game is not to challenge us to the point that we despise you (or more accurately, your game) for it.
So I'll concede that I don't like Too Human because I don't understand it if, and ONLY IF, you'll admit that you don't understand the video game industry.
Yeah, nice way to alienate your target market.
The irony is that one of the reasons I didn't like the demo was because it wasn't innovative at all. It's everything we've seen before. Loot dropping = WOW, levelling up = every RPG under the sun, character classes = every RPG under the sun
You get the idea.
I feel sorry for the Silicon Knights PR team with Dyack just going off on a rant all the time. Poor bastards
One thing is certain: I don't care.
Sorry, Denis. No sale for me. Mercs 2 here I come!
He's trying anything to sell the game now, sad to see.
I smell Time Cube follower, those people like saying to everyone that they are stupid and evil because we deny Nature's Harmonic 4 simultaneous 24 hour days within a single rotation of Earth.
Is it possible that Too Human has Cubic Nature?
I don't hate the game I just don't give a shit. Looks like a Multi-million-bland-fest.
*punches reporter in face and jumps out nearest window*
So, our reaction to Too Human is too human?
You know... sometimes I'd like to be able to see Dyack's point of view, but I don't think I'm flexible enough to get my head that far up my own ass.
However, using the right analog stick for combat instead of camera was its undoing. They tried something "different" and it backfired. Should have been caught in playtesting sessions as completely unusable, but I'm guessing DD didn't listen.

Hi Denis. Welcome to the table.
I've known two people like this guy, and it always annoyed the ever loving hell out of me.
There is no way I'm going to buy this.
Besides, I like the game. I actually do think its innovative: the storyline is interesting, the cybernetic spin on the old Norse myth is clever and the whole game is just pretty to look at.
I like how the combat controls work, the loot drop makes the game addictive and finally I love watching the Valkyries come to retrieve my dead ass, because they also sucker punch any enemies near me with their wings. Classic move.
Everyone is going to see this game differently. GamePro gave it a 4 out of 5 and IGN gave it 75 out of 100. Those aren't bad scores.
