do you think games could be more suited to tv shows rather than films as there is more time to develop characters and flesh out the story, rather than using the basic story and characteristics of the characters to make shit films based loosely on their source material. Could work for games such as metal gear solid or mass effect with their long complicated stories and huge casts of varied characters, and the fact levels or stages in a game lend themselves to tv episodes rather than a 2hour film.

and will rev rants be stopping aswell, i do game design in university and i find them very inspiring, especially when writing narrative

Anthony, you said you will still be doing HAWP after your time at Destructoid, but will you still be doing the HAWPcast? I really enjoy listening to you and Ashly's input on such harrowing topics as ass kingdoms and how you had an existential epiphany eating a choco taco.

Also, since you're going to work for Gearbox and I'm a big douche, I thought I'd bring up the idea of a Borderlands MMO. It's already quite similar to an MMO structurally. All it would take would be to implement the infrastructure to have millions of people playing at a time instead of four. Just saying...

But seriously folks, it's super shitty that you guys are leaving. I have never seen anything even remotely close to the combination of intelligent and funny video game commentary that you guys (and Jim) have provided for the past few years. What will I do now? *tear*
