After a successful run on Kickstarter, Krillbite Studio will release its first-person horror adventure Among the Sleep for Windows, Mac, and Linux in just one week, on May 29.
This is that game about a two-year-old who, in an interesting twist, happens to be your player character. That's one way to rationalize having a defenseless protagonist! Weird stuff, spooky stuff, is going on at night and you're apparently one brave toddler. If I'm being totally honest, the kid, mother, and talking bear creeped me out more than anything else.
Among the Sleep is also coming to PlayStation 4 -- with support for Sony's Project Morpheus virtual-reality headset, no less! -- but at an unannounced later date. That should be sufficiently terrifying if the sound design featured in this trailer is anything to go by.
