Either way im interested but not hyped.Didnt like Brutal Legend that much but im anticipating if his making this.
I'd be pretty excited for a schafer project that isn't him trying to tackle new genres. I think it's when he expands into something new that he loses some of his good ideas to the mechanics. By building upon Psychonauts, he can actually bring out some of the ideas he has.
I think it matters how Schafer packages this, digital distribution seems like a best bet with a small price tag similar to the downloadable Ratchet & Clank Future games. He has a supportive market to aim direct instead of high, & that's enough (STEAM Schafer..STEAM!!)
Not at $60. Sorry Tim. You need to stick to the smaller scale stuff with your experiments.
I realize that it didn't fly off the shelves back when it first released, but it seems to have a pretty big-- and devoted-- following now. If there's any justice in the gaming world, this will have happened by the time Final Fantasy LIII, God of War 17, and Call of Duty: World at Modern War: Covert Ops 4: Redux are released.
1) Fix the boss fights.
2) Less pointless wandering around/collecting crap, more crazy mind games.
Pwetty pwease?
Schafer just got bad luck, his games are great. Man, brutal legend was great, even after some not so good reviews I got the game cheap occasionaly and later asked myself: why the heck ppl didnt like this game?
