Hellraid is an upcoming first-person co-op slasher in development for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC. Hellraid: The Escape, on the other hand, is a mobile survival title along the same lines as The Room.
This one is being developed by Shortbreak Studios in close cooperation with Techland, and sees players needing to escape from a demonic dimension. It's mostly a puzzle game, and while there are enemies you have to fight, you'll be taking them on with your "not weapons." So I guess like traps?
Hellraid: The Escape will be out on the App Store on May 15 for $2.99/€2,49. The press release also mentions free updates, no in-app purchases, or pay-to-win elements. I find it funny that has to be a bullet point with mobile titles now. Funny in the sad way.
