That out of the way, that Animated Series skin looks amazing. I might just pick that one up.
@vitamin: you have to beat story mode to use them there, but they are available immediately for challenge maps.
All the DLC so far is garbage. Overpriced, cosmetic, and with no substance in the actual game. How about something with an actual *gasp* storyline or something? I'd kill for more Catwoman missions - and I mean story-related missions, not stupid "challenge" maps.
The DEFCON system works the other way, the more serious the situation the lower the number gets. It counts down from 5. If you're going to troll do it right.
Also anyone who thinks that any episode of Robot Chicken has ever been better than any episode of South Park was either conceived from a weak sperm or is Seth Green.
This is about your poor taste in animated TV, not my cocaine use, let's stay on topic.
Also I do think it is incredibly weak sauce that you have to pay for what used to be unlockable bonuses (if you want them).
DEFCON goes from higher to lower numbers when alert levels increase, highest alert being 1. The more you know.
I miss the days of EXPANSION PACKS on PC. They would cost $20-$30, but offer a big chunk of new content and storyline. A $20 DLC that added a nice separate campaign for Catwoman or another character, for example, is something I'd totally go for. Say something set a few weeks before or after the events in the base game that added some backstory maybe.
Instead we get overpriced superhero tights.
They could easily put them as both an unlockable and DLC, meaning that those who can put the extra time to get unlockables and want to extra challenge in the game can get them, while people who'd like to have them but can't invest that much time have the option to spend a few bucks and save time. One could say that then no one would buy them since they're included in the game, but there are in fact many people who'd pay than to spend money, just like many people would put cheats on a game to get to its goals faster (mainly people who work many hours). Either way you put money or time, so a reasonable thing to do is give both options. You don't rip people off (it's included in the game) but you give them a 'shortcut'.
Not that it'll ever be put to practice given the greediness of some game companies.
All said though, the default skin is the coolest anyway.
1970's batman (my favorite) takes care of the first problem but can't be played from the start... Maybe the next installment will fix the walking animation.
And Year One Batman basically looks like Adam West, so I'll probably buy it at some point. Maybe. Or maybe not. Yeah, probably not.

South park actually started really bad. Seasons 1-3 are garbage. 4 and 5 is when it started to get good with a few classclassic episodes airing in those seasons. 6-10 is sp at its best. 6 being the best. 11-14 have been good but not great with a few bad episodes in each season.
So thats south park for ya!
Or BATMAN BEGINS PERHAPS?! WHAHAHAHAHAHSSUHUAAUAU!!!

I don't care anymore ...... I just don't care....
Don't get me wrong I still "care" but its more of a tepid feeling that you get when you look down at the dinner table when you are presented with your least favorite food.
They have managed to take what once was a cool bonus that was hidden in games, that won them some points as a developer and turned it instead into a standard substandard business practice.
Instead of "wow they really went the extra mile" we get instead "well they added some flair but that'll cost you extra".... one of those two statements would probably see me as a returning customer, the other not, any guesses as to which is which?
