This trailer offers a much better look at Magrunner

So that's what the dark pulse is all about

Magrunner: Dark Pulse would appear decent enough if it were merely another first-person puzzle game set in a glorified maze of obstacles to maneuver around, but that's not what it is. Well, it seems to starts out that way -- but then comes the ties to Cthulhu mythos. In other words, the thing which sets it apart in a post-Portal world.

It's nice to finally see this in motion. While the previously released screenshots looked good from a basic visual-quality standpoint, I'm never able to let out a sigh of relief until I see the first gameplay trailer. Look for Magrunner on PC, Xbox Live Arcade, and PlayStation Network.

Magrunner: Dark Pulse is a game that you may brush off as a Portal imitator at first - but I urge you not to do so. After playing through some levels on the E3 show floor, Magrunner has caught my attention not just with its delightful puzzle-solving mechanics but through the world and story itself.
Now that Magrunner: Dark Pulse has a full website, developer 3 AM Games has unleashed a handful of new screenshots. The one above immediately caught me eye; for the sake of context, this is a first-person puzzler set in "a&nb...
