If our attempts at Sonic fanfiction aren't enough to give you nightmares, then perhaps this bizarre Pac-Man figure complete with a segmented tongue can act as today's fuel for the most unsettling sleep of your life. Available for purchase at last year's San Diego Comic-Con, it's a gold-plated iniquity that will creep out anyone in the general vicinity of it.

This special edition by Avi Arad was numbered and signed and sold last year, but there are probably still figures floating around online if you really want to track one down. And when you think about it, $25 doesn't really seem that unreasonable for a conversation piece like this. I shall purchase it and use it as a ChapStick holder.

While we wait for the last episode in season two of The Walking Dead adventure game, Telltale president Kevin Bruner and Walking Dead writer Robert Kirkman have gone ahead and confirmed at Comic-Con (and on Twitter) that there will be a third season.   I wonder if that gives clues on how the last episode might play out. more
