Here's a full five minutes of over-the-top, moody, guitar-heavy animated Pokemon action. It's the first English language promotional trailer for Pokemon Black Version 2 and Pokemon White Version 2, and it shows off a bit of the story for the first time.
Really, though. Guitars on top of guitars. The battle scene near the end of the trailer? Mad licks! And the very end is so insanely epic that I will be air gutaring for the rest of the day.
The voice acting sometimes made me tilt my head and lean into the screen while watching this trailer, but I later relaxed. It's Pokemon, right? Don't think too hard about Pokemon. Just enjoy.
