This PlayStation 4 ad doubles as a Destiny ad

6:00 PM on 03.10.2014

Destiny is coming out for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, and Xbox 360 this September. Those of you that have been following the game since it was revealed know this, but those just learning about it from this new ad Sony has been pushing around this past weekend may think it's just a PlayStation 4 exclusive.

The game is several months out, so why such a big push with a television ad right now? Oh right, Titanfall. This whole thing is a great move actually, as it gives some focus to Sony's console while everyone is going nuts over the Titanfall launch right now.

And hey, if you're going to get Destiny the PlayStation 4 will be the platform of choice. The downloadable content will be available first on the Sony platforms, as well as the upcoming beta.

Max and Bill must kill the Moon-Princes

Man, Destiny. I seriously can't remember the last game that I felt so ambivalent about, but was so completely hooked on. Here's me and Bill dicking around on the Moon and discussing our general thoughts on the game, and killing the Moon-Princes with a big dumb sword. Is it a "Let's Play?" I don't know. But we're enjoying ourselves, and maybe you'll enjoy watching our enjoyment.more

Destiny's already made a ton of money, but you probably could've guessed that

Every now and then, when a videogame launches and does mega numbers, the publisher likes to toot its own horn a little bit. It should come as no surprise that this is the case with Destiny -- after all it was [...more
