This new Humble Bundle is Jumbo indeed

Natural Selection 2 and Garry's Mod are included

In a bit of smart timing, the new Humble Bundle has launched mere hours after the Steam Autumn sale has ended. This Jumbo bundle is offering six games in total, three for pay-whatever-you-want and the other games will cost you at least $3.85 (at time of writing).

Included in the name-your-price selection is the sci-fi tactical shooter Natural Selection 2, the chaotic wizardry of Magicka, and the futuristic tower defense of Sanctum 2. If you pay more than the average price, you'll also unlock the co-op fun of Orcs Must Die! 2, the balls-to-the-wall FPS Serious Sam 3: BFE, and the oddball fun of Garry's Mod

Also included are the soundtracks to all the games (except Garry's Mod) depending on your payment level. Lastly, there's the tantalizing tease of more goodies to come in the two weeks until the Jumbo Bundle is gone.
