He has plenty to be angry about, what with the whole paid demo not available after two reschedules thing and all.
Thank God. I don't care what anyone says about this design having manties, it's much preferable to staring at Mega's ass in black tights for 15+ hours.
Hell yeah, I approve of this! Looks like he's ready to kick some ass! With this, maybe there will be a higher chance of Mega Man being in Super Smash Bros 4.
I'm very happy the design has diapers, a chastity belt, manties or whatever we're calling them. He looked really awkward without a chunk of metal in front of his crotch.
I like it, don't get me wrong.. I'm just unsure I like the visor looking thing that looks like its going to shut over his eyes without warning and make him comically run around trying to lift it up.
As for his look, he doesn't look mad as much as he looks like he's upset about something. Probably all the pushbacks and debates about whether he should exist or not.. Its like your family having a round table discussion at Christmas about whether you should have been aborted.

He needs wheels/wings, a decal and maybe a gem here or there to be a proper fighting robot. This design, dare I say it, almost looks completely practical rather than ostentatious.
Get that right out of here.
Hopefully, he has lots of hidden weapons like guns in his helmet or machine guns out of his butt (literally) to redeem this failure in the camera-eyes of his illustrious super robot predecessors.

This was definitely the version I chose. I know change is good and all, but I just think this works out the best.
Too angry, too busy, too bulky. It's not as good as the the B and D I voted for, or as good as the original designs for that matter.
I like it. They reduced the size of his robo diaper, and made his torso thicker, which removes the womanly looking hips design from classic Legends.
It's like a compromise of the classic and "diaper-less" look.
