This early footage of Bloodborne gives off a real Souls vibe

11:45 AM on 06.13.2014

Before there was Bloodborne, From Software's creepy new action-RPG, there was "Project Beast." You remember the leaked video, I'm sure -- here's another one.

Keep in mind, this footage is old; it's taken from an earlier build than what was shown off at E3 this week. So you'll want to excuse the frame rate, the visual fidelity, and other technical details. With all of that said, actual gameplay! Yes sir, we're going to be right at home with Bloodborne.

[Thanks, Reaprar]

A new system for upcoming From Software PS4 title Bloodborne was revealed at gamescom today in a behind-closed-doors meeting. It's called the Regain System, and it lets you recover health after taking a hit.  It's not as easy as it sounds to get your health back, though. more

Bloodborne's new gameplay trailer confirms that we all need it in our lives

Bloodborne might not have the same death system as the Souls series

Costume Quest 2 is still cute, trying to be more engaging

Costume Quest, like every Double Fine game, is charming. It's a fresh-feeling, low stakes take on the JRPG genre, more Earthbound than Final Fantasy. Though, as Chad put it in his review, it's "RPG Lite," accessible...more
