This Dead Rising 3 commercial sure feels familiar

3:15 PM on 10.24.2013

I love The Turtles' "Happy Together" as much as the next person, but featuring it in a commercial for a videogame when that's been done to the point of near perfection already?

You're walking on thin ice here, Dead Rising 3. Real thin. I mean, the song doesn't even fit with what's happening on-screen -- unless this is supposed to be about the bond a survivor has with their weapon. Even then, the commercial is a missed opportunity; Dead Rising is about so much more than what's presented here.

Pikachu flying through the air at the end never ceases to make me laugh.

Review: Dead Rising 3: Fallen Angel

Although I had an amazing time with Dead Rising 3, the first DLC offering left a sour taste in my mouth. It was a generic add-on that encapsulated some of our worst fears when we saw the initial footage of the game, and ...more

Impressions: Dead Rising 3's SmartGlass App

Microsoft's SmartGlass functionality kind of came and went on the Xbox 360. Very few games supported the "second screen experience" concept and if they did, it was usually something underwhelming like an interactive website. ...more

Well, Decapre's altternate costume (via Udon artwork, not the final in-game model) at least distances her some from Cammy. And brings her closer to The Man in the Iron Mask. That is, Leonardo DeCapreo. Decapre's alternative costume in Ultra Street Fighter 4 revealed [Event Hubs]more
