ThinkGeek's PotatOS is GLaDOS in a friggin' potato

2:30 PM on 02.10.2012

Back in December, ThinkGeek rolled out a big line of Portal 2 tie-in merchandise, from an Aperture Labs shower curtain to the super popular talking Cave Johnson portrait. The weirdest item, however, was definitely the PotatOS kit that recreated the experience of carrying GLaDOS around in the palm of your hand.

Originally marked for $29.99, PotatOS is currently discounted to $24.99. But the real reason for this post is the new demonstration video that ThinkGeek just uploaded. If you ever wanted to be insulted by a potato, be happy knowing that you're covered.

Japan has a Dark Souls-themed cafe

I've always fancied going to a gaming-themed eatery but there's a shocking lack of them where I live (wonder if I can get planning permission to build my own Deus Ex pub?). That's no issue in Japan, where Siliconera is report...more
