Think you've got what it takes? BioWare is looking for new blood at GDC 2008 photo

According to the press release that EA shot to our inbox, BioWare will not only have a booth at this month's Game Developers Conference (Feb. 18-22), but will also be on the lookout for the next undiscovered talent to take their IPs to the next level. If you fit the following description, as quoted by Bioware's HR Director, Derek Sidebottom, you'll want to head on over to booth #230 in the Career Pavilion, and pronto:

"We're looking for people with a passion for excellence in video game development. Our core values are Quality in our Products and Quality in our Workplace, and these have been recognized by countless product-specific awards, as well as BioWare being named amongst Canada's Top 100 Employers for 4 years and Financial Post's 10 Best Companies to Work For."

With the current roster busy working on bringing us the mysterious Star Wars MMO and other things, perhaps you will be part of the historic team that finally brings that KOTOR sequel we've been bitching about. You owe it to the rest of the Old Republic fans to try... it is your destiny.

IF by devotion they mean a guy who loves games as a lifestyle and to dedicate their life and soul into a company who loves making games for gamers, than yes.

If they mean someone who knows how to use programs to create games, than no. But thanks for the heads up.

I'd work for Bioware if it was my job to stand over the developers with a whip and a bullhorn, screaming and lashing until they get that fucking framerate under control!!! Oh and the inventory system sucks! Fix it! Fix it now!

...I guess what I'm saying is they need more supervisors...
