These Dungeonland class videos show off the game's humor
Dungeonland, the ARPG-ish dungeon crawler, has quite a lot going for it. Chris came away quite surprised with the game, despite hearing some mediocre things beforehand. A large part of the game's charm has been the humor conveyed through the promotional videos, like the three class videos released today. The Rogue, Warrior, and Mage each get their own highlight video showing off the various play styles of each. There is a good amount of diversity within each class, though nothing too crazy or divergent from the norm. The Grimoire DLC Pack, which was previously only available to early adopters of Dungeonland, is now available to everyone for $2.99. This DLC unlocks five new spells to choose from for the various classes. Bugs were also squashed, which you can read all about here. Did you know? 12:00 PM on 05.18.2013 Preview: The Last of UsI was skeptical of The Last of Us. Despite all the hype and high promises, to me, it looked like post-apocalyptic Uncharted. I wasn't sold on the dynamic nature of how the game progressed, and as we all know, zombies have been literally done to death in the past five years. Then, I got a chance to actually play it. How many days until June 14th again?

8:00 PM on 02.04.2013 Review: Dungeonland

Truly, I had no expectations going into Dungeonland. In fact, I opted to test it out solely because of my profuse love for action RPGs.I had heard through the grapevine that it was a "hardcore" action RPG that was completely lacking in story, and instead, played out entirely through repeating randomly spawned dungeons, similar to a rogue-like. I was very, very surprised by the results.more

4:00 PM on 07.30.2012 Preview: Dungeonland makes evil feel so good

An amalgamation of dungeon crawlers and strategy titles, Dungeonland is definitely not the type of game you see often. On one end, it's a hack-and-slash, class-based dungeon crawler, almost reminiscent of Diablo. From the oth...more
11:30 AM on 06.08.2012 E3: Magicka + Diablo + Disneyland = Dungeonland

I love theme parks and I love dungeon crawling, so when I heard Critical Studios would combine the two for their debut action-RPG, I got a bit giddy. Much like Magicka, which shares the same publisher (Paradox), DungeonLand is a loot-centric, co-op clickfest that has the action of Diablo and the comedic ambitions of Portal.more
