# นายวิชาญ มีนชัยนันท์ รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ให้สัมภาษณ์ว่า ขณะนี้เยาวชนหมกมุ่นกับเกมมากกว่าการเรียนรู้ ก่อให้เกิดพฤติกรรมเลียนแบบที่ไม่ดี โดยเฉพาะการเล่นเกมจีทีเอ เป็นเรื่องที่มีอันตรายมาก และขณะนี้เกมจีทีเอกำลังแพร่ระบาดในกลุ่มของเยาวชนกันมาก โดยผู้ปกครองส่วนใหญ่มักไม่รู้ถึงรายละเอียด เนื้อหาสาระของเกมที่เด็กเล่น เพียงต้องการให้ลูกหลานอยู่ในสายตา ไม่ไปเที่ยวที่ไหน จึงวางใจให้ลูกหลานเล่นเกมอยู่ในบ้าน แต่เกมเหล่านี้ เมื่อเด็กเข้าไปเล่นมากๆ จะเกิดพฤติกรรมเลียนแบบ ซึมซับความรุนแรง ความโหดร้ายโดยไม่รู้ตัว ทำให้สุขภาพจิตเสีย จึงอยากให้พ่อแม่หันมาใส่ใจเรื่องนี้ให้มากขึ้น โดยในวันนี้ได้มอบหมายให้กรมสุขภาพจิต ส่งจิตแพทย์จากสถาบันสุขภาพจิตเด็กและวัยรุ่นราชนครินทร์ ไปเยี่ยมครอบครัวเยาวชนผู้ก่อเหตุแล้ว

สำหรับเกมจีทีเอ เป็น 1 ใน 10 เกมที่อัยการสหรัฐอเมริกาได้เปิดเผยเมื่อปลายปี 2550 ที่ผ่านมาว่า ให้พ่อแม่ผู้ปกครองหลีกเลี่ยงการซื้อให้ลูกเล่น ประกอบด้วย 1.แกรนด์ เทฟต์ ออโต้ (GTA-Grand Theft Auto) 2.แมนฮันต์ (Manhunt) 3.สการ์เฟซ (Scarface) 4.ห้าสิบเซ็นต์ : บุลเลตพรูฟ (50 Cent : Bulletproof) 5.สามร้อย : เดอะวิดีโอ เกม (300 : The Video Game) 6. เดอะ ก็อดฟาเธอร์ (The Godfather) 7.คิลเลอร์ 7 (Killer 7) 8.เรสซิเดนต์ อีวิล 4 (Resident Evil 4) 9.ก็อด ออฟ วอร์ (God of War) และ 10.ฮิตแมน : บลัด มันนี่ (Hitman : Blood Money) ซึ่งได้สั่งการให้กรมสุขภาพจิตตั้งคณะทำงานศึกษาดูแลปัญหาเกมอันตราย และให้ประสานกับกระทรวงไอซีที พัฒนาเกมคุณธรรม เกมแข่งกันทำดีให้เด็กเยาวชนไทยเล่นแทนเกมที่โหดร้าย ซึ่งจะส่งผลต่อสภาพจิตใจของเด็กให้เป็นคนดี ไม่มีจิตใจที่ดุดัน

ทางด้านนายแพทย์ปราชญ์ บุณยวงศ์วิโรจน์ ปลัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข กล่าวว่า มีงานศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยโคลัมเบีย ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา พบว่าเด็กที่ดูทีวีวันละ 1 ชั่วโมง จะมีผลต่อการแสดงออกความก้าวร้าวเมื่อโตขึ้นได้ร้อยละ 6 หากดูวันละ 2 ชั่วโมง จะมีความก้าวร้าวเพิ่มร้อยละ 11 หากดูวันละ 3 ชั่วโมงจะเพิ่มเป็นร้อยละ 21 ซึ่งความก้าวร้าวที่ติดอยู่ในใจและแสดงออกมาภายหลังคือภาวะของอีคิวที่ไม่ดี ของเด็ก

When 50 cent: Bullet Proof hit the store shelves, kids all over thailand realised that they themselves aren't actually bulletproof. Bad times.

They're doing society a favour by removing Bulletproof. The rest, not so much.

I have to agree though, that there is one government that isn't taking it up the ass from industry.

The Ministry of Health cautions parents not to buy dangerous games such as Grand Theft Auto, Manhunt, Scarface, 50 Cent: Bulletproof, 300: The Video Game, The Godfather, Killer 7, Resident Evil 4, God of War, Hitman: Blood Money. Young people can absorb the cruel, brutal, terrible content in these games and become cruel, brutal, terrible people and do cruel, brutal, terrible things. A young man, age 19, played one of these games and copied the content within in by stabbing and killing a taxi driver on August 3. We are afraid that other kids will play these games and try to stab and kill taxi drivers.

In a recent interview, the Minister of Health stated that these games are dangerous. Young people can become immersed in them and copy them by doing awful, terrible, horrible things. Parents and communities should not allow young people to play these dangerous games. The Department of Mental Health is doing a great job of telling everyone that these young people are dangerous and may or may not be curable.

These dangerous games are: Grand Theft Auto, Manhunt, Scarface, 50 Cent: Bulletproof, 300: The Video Game, The Godfather, Killer 7, Resident Evil 4, God of War, Hitman: Blood Money. If young people play them, they will probably become werewolves or Hitler.

We will continue to be aggressive about some stuff. The Ministry does and says important things. Unclear mention of the United States of America.
