I'm almost in the exact same boat, I've been playing the first witcher and loving it with the second one breathing down my neck. I have a lot of love for what CD projekt red has done. And I can't wait for the enhanced edition too Kuching longer either...
At first, I was all AWWWW YEAH, I'LL PLAY THIS...then I realized that 16:10 resolutions weren't supported. I heard a patch was coming out to remedy that, so I waited. By time I was ready to play again, I heard that the DLC patch was coming out, so I figured I'd wait for that.
Now I hear we're only a month or so away from the EE dropping, so fuck this game till I'm done with ME3.

@Domii Money problems. CDPR has had huge financial problems with their past 2 games so far so when they were thinking of releasing on consoles they had to choose one. It's not about bias they just had to choose one because of money constraints. They also have said they might be able to port it to PS3 later but they have to focus on one version at a time.

What's this? A 360 exclusive (for now at least) that actually looks interesting? And an RPG no less? Blimey, maybe the controllers behind the little grey box are starting to realise that not every 360 owner wants shooters rammed down their throat constantly?
I really need to restart playing it. I played to the 3rd act when it was early and a little rough from a lack of patching and some video card issues, set it down and need to come back to it now that hopefully it's been cleaned up a bit.
You should get around to playing it! It was one of the best games of last year, and very refreshing to see a traditional RPG once again.
That said, I wonder if the 360 can handle it. It's a gorgeous game on the PC.
