The Weekend Hotness: DESTINY! DESTINY!

11:59 PM on 02.17.2013

Bungie has pulled back the veil on its follow-up to Halo. What could it be? What could it be!?

It's a shooter. In space. Umm... cool, I guess.

Maybe this will get you excited. No actual game footage has been shown yet, so there isn't much to get excited about aside from promises. If there's anything we've learned in just the past few weeks, it's that promises don't amount to much. Seeing is the only way to believe.

This weekend, Teenage Pokémon is back, Allistair Pinsof interviews the lead designer of Chivalry: Medieval Warfare, Sup, Holmes? takes care of Miles Tilmann and Rich Grillotti of PixelJam, Bungie's Jason Jones makes a bold claim about the way we play shooters, and Skyrim is generic because a guy said so.

Here's everything that happened during Ubisoft's 2014 E3 Conference

Ubisoft had a weird showing with some exciting moments -- which is par for the course, and basically what they deliver year after year. The clear-cut big-time showing this year was Rainbow Six Siege, a glorious return to form...more

Here's everything that happened during EA's 2014 E3 Conference

EA had a very snappy presentation today, with very few announcements and mostly just recaps on the development of existing projects. The big news of course is the announcement that the Battlefield Hardline beta is going live today on PC and PS4 -- the site is already getting hit hard. Here's everything that happened at EA's 2014 E3 press conference.more

Here's everything that happened during Microsoft's 2014 E3 Conference

Microsoft had their E3 Conference today, and it was all about the games. Everything shown was game related, and they even got a few great reveals in there like a brand new Platinum Games exclusive that looks like it could be great. It didn't blow me away, but it's far from a disaster. Here's everything that happened.more
