The next content update for the Rock Band Music Store features a group who I honestly thought we would have seen appear in the game by now: The Fratellis.
Three songs from the Scottish alt rock band's 2006 debut album Costello Music will be showing up as downloadable content next week, and can be bought individually for $1.99 each (160 Microsoft Points) or together in a pack for $5.49 (440 Microsoft Points).
The songs are "Flathead," "Creepin Up the Back Stairs," and "Henrietta." Curiously enough, "Chelsea Dagger" is not included in the line-up, and I'm beginning to feel like a sad panda because of it.
If you couldn't tell based upon my inclusion of the music video above, I will be purchasing "Flathead" on day one. How about yourselves?
Jordan Devore is Destructoid's PC gaming manager and founding ginger editor. He is said to be easy to love but difficult to know. When Samit inquired about his curious bio photo Jordan simply replied:
"bitches love sandcastles" ... yet, there is no sandcastle in that photo. We may never truly understand his ways.

Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?
Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!
Lol im just not a fan of that particular genre (and lets face it, it has been done to death the last few years), so this is not a good week for RB dlc for me. Saves me money though.
I'm also a bit upset by the lack of Chelsea Dagger, but I'll take what they gave me. Flathead!
Joystiq pointed out how they could've gone with Arctic Monkeys or Kaiser Chiefs as well, and I have to agree.
