Looks like we have a mixed bag of Rock Band downloadable content this week, with a handful of premiere singles and a classic track from some metal legends.

Scars on Broadway -- a band featuring System of a Down members Daron Malakian and John Dolmayan -- debut its first single, "They Say" ($1.99, 160 MS Points). Staind's new single, "This is It," also comes exclusively to Rock Band ($1.99, 160 MS Points); New No2's "Yomp" drops as well ($.99, 80 MS Points).

For those interested in some "old school" metal stylings, Harmonix and MTV Games have dug into the crypt and found Testament's "Electric Crown" ($1.99, 160 MS Points). The track comes from the 1992 album, The Ritual, and is sure to scare the s**t out of your neighbors.

As usual, Xbox 360 LIVE Marketplace will get the new tracks this Tuesday, and PlayStation 3 PSN sees them on Thursday. Personally, nothing is appealing to me this week, which means I can save my cash for Geometry Wars 2 and PixelJunk Eden. But is anyone else ready to rock?

Hey, this picture now has a clickable heading...lol

None of those look tempting, but I also have yet to purchase any downloadable songs for RB or GH.

I'm sticking to PixelJunk Monsters co-op with my girlfriend and maybe 1942.

I was already hyped about Testament, Megadeth, Metallica (BATTERY YEAAAAAH) and Dream Theater making it into RB2. Looks like I have something to play while I wait :D :D :D
