Next week's Rock Band store update has been announced, and it's a ridiculous mish-mash of songs, new and old:
- Steve Miller Band - "Space Cowboy"
- Steve Miller Band - "Take the Money and Run"
- Steve Miller Band - "The Joker"
- Godsmack - "I Stand Alone"
- Belly - "Feed the Tree"
- Ghost Hounds - "Wind Me Up"
- Mute Math - "Typical"
- Rob Zombie - "War Zone"
While I'm still demanding more White Zombie and less Rob Zombie songs from ridiculous action flicks, I will probably buy all of these songs. At $1.99 (160 MS Points) per song, I'm looking to spend around $16.00. Or I can save some cash by picking the Steve Miller Pack three-pack for $5.49 (440 MS Points).
Don't tell me I'm the only one who is going to be thinking of Prince of Persia: Warrior Within's Dahaka when rocking "I Stand Alone."

I'll buy the song just for that, but I'm afraid really singing it out will hurt my thwoat.
It wouldn't kill'em to add I am Hell, The One & More Human Than Human.
And I second Syn's motion with a vote and cookie to Harmonix if they put in Nevermore. It may not be for everyone, but it'll probably be one of the toughest bands to play the guitar part for. They're not fast like (oh god) Dragonforce, but they have very intricate parts. I'd love to see that in Rock Band...as soon as double pedal drumming works.
