The Week in Rock Band DLC: Guns N' Roses' Chinese Democracy photo

Harmonix and MTV Games have announced that more Guns N' Roses is coming to Rock Band next week! Chinese Democracy, the 64-times-delayed album that finally hit shelves late last year, is coming to the Rock Band Music Store on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Wii.

The 13 tracks that will join "Shackler's Revenge" (already available on the disc) to make up the full album are:

"Chinese Democracy," "Better," "Street of Dreams," "If the World," "There Was a Time," "Catcher in the Rye," "Scraped," "Riad N' the Bedouins," "Sorry," "I.R.S.," "Madagascar," "This I Love," and "Prostitute."

Each track will run you $1.99, 160 MS Points, or 200 Wii Points on your system of choice. Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 owners can pick up the whole album as a package for $19.99 (or 1600 MS Points on the Xbox 360).

And before anyone says it, I know -- this is no Appetite for Destruction. But will you buy it anyway?

Awesome. Two weeks in a row where I can take a break from downloading RB DLC.

Here's hoping Appetite for Destruction comes out someday. I'd buy that shit [i]hard[/i[].

I'm going to buy the better half of the album. They can keep the rest.

It's a pretty damn good album actually. I have to revisit it now to see what tracks could make for good Rock Band play... I couldn't think of anything worse than someone singing Axl Rose poorly. It's a toss up really.

I should probably clarify that I do think Chinese Democracy is a good album; it's better than I expected it to be. But it's no Appetite for Destruction. I mean, what is?

I don't particularly like it. I'll not be partaking in this GnR DLC. I have an Appetite for Destruction!!!

I might pick this up, Chinese Democracy really grew on me through repeated listens.

This album is so depressing. So long a wait, and the first two tracks are great, and it just descends into terribleness.

nope - already got rid of the album, and hope to never hear it again. Sucked under any name (IMO), let alone as a G'nR release.

I never listened to Chinese Democracy in the past despite the having heard of the song before. Maybe I'll get it.

I couldn't think of anything worse than Axl Rose singing.

Sorry, Guns 'n Roses is still dead, and has been since Slash left.

It's a good album. It has great guitars and the vocal melodies are catchy as all hell; these reasons alone make it absolutely FANTASTIC for Rock Band. If you try not to approach the album as Appetite for Destruction II, it really is just a great collection of rock.

I'll probably get Chinese Democracy and Better, but screw the rest of the tracks.

Its a pretty good album, but I won't be getting it. I don't like GnR that much.

Wake me up when Appetite for Destruction, Lies, or Use Your Illusion I & II are available.
