We need to start making Mark Hamill clones so that when he either retires or dies, we'll always have that voice for the Joker in the future.
Well, it would be wired if he didn't continue his Joker for DCUO, given he's put so much into the character there already, it world be strange if it was suddenly some one else.
Joker in another Arkham type of game isnt needed, in fact, a second helping of super villian bugaboo was part of what made Arkham City such a bore. You can't just repeat Knighfall-style stories over and over.

I dunno, Dave Wittenberg - Kefka in the dissidia games - was definitely channeling some Hamil and doing it pretty well...as long as you ignore the somewhat banal dialogue they gave him to work with.
I think Mark Hamill signed onto this before he decided that Arkham City would his last time doing The Joker, and this is his contractually obligated at this point.
And to think that the Joker was originally supposed to be voiced by Tim Curry. I'm not sure the voice of the character would have as much love as it does now if it wasn't for Hamill.
@squirrelyg I think tha would've been fucking awesome too. If I had to pick another person to do the Joker, other than Hammil, it'd be Tim Curry.

I'm sure he signed a contract when he initially voiced Joker for this role that said he had to come back for any extra content.
