I watched the backlog of TVGSWID only a few months ago, so the wait hasn't been as long and arduous as it could've been, but this was still the best thing and made my weekday.
Jim I laughed at all the CoD ppls that disliked it and think this it literally a review...Jim you sir are the funniest damn troll I've ever layed eyes and ear upon! Keep it up, oh a suggestion, could you do a mash up of Skyrim, Dark Souls and then Zelda skyward sword!? Please :D
but seriously, you could have easily gotten away with the "intentionally using wrong footage" joke if you didn't use crysis footage. Nobody would notice if you sampled video from MW2, MW3, or Black ops.
Jim I wish I could hug you right now...but if I did I feel like I'd be swallowed by your bod. Jokes aside, this was a great series please keep it going!

I've missed the show as well. But you should totally tone down the over the top things that give these away as a joke, and instead go for a 100% troll effect, similar to what TheBestGamersUSA did in their YouTube "review" of Braid, for example, except in your own TVSWID manner. Then the Dtoid community can play along in the YouTube comments and act like it's the best review ever, or say equally messed up stuff.
Trolling or not, this series is adorable! Glad to see it back!
As much as I'd like to enjoy all of your videos Jim, this series has been an exception. When you mentioned it's return I was hoping for some big changes, but the character still comes off as a poor man's Ray Peacock.
On the plus side: I look forward to some more Armarno. He's a delight.
Overall kinda weak, not enough uncle reg references. Also, I was waiting for the BF3 footage and it never came. :( Though if the series is back, I expect much better will come eventually!

The show has never and will never be intended as a troll. In fact, me being SO over the top is what makes those who still don't get it so much funnier. It's purely accidental, and I find that even more brilliant. It becomes, "How far can you take it and still have someone believe you?"
Rammstein: The reason this one was "weak" was a design one. Since this is a new series now, I dialed it back to basics to build up again. Hence, why Uncle Reg only gets a passing mention and the production values do not border on the abstract.
