The Super Smash Bros. Brawl intro movie leaked

Word of warning, there are some spoilers here so you might want to skip this entirely. Otherwise, check out the introduction cinematic from Super Smash Bros. Brawl. The game comes out this week in Japan and early March here in the States.
 
I have some more to say about the spoilers, but you'll have to hit the jump for that.

Ness we know is already confirmed for Brawl thanks to that Sticker mix up. The video shows Ness in action and also reveals that Marth is back in Brawl too. He's seen fighting along side Meta Knight and Ike a couple of times. Some of the levels and movies from the Adventure mode are briefly shown as well throughout the video.

If you're sick of Super Smash Bros. news by now (like Nick Chester is), then you might as well turn off the Internet. Once Brawl is out in Japan, a sea of information will be leaked out and everyone will be gushing over it until it's finally out here in March ... FALCON PUNCH!

I betcha anything that Japanese style soundtrack will be removed for the American version and will have music similar to the intro for Melee.

If you mean the pic that Lark posted, then yes, it IS fake. It's a mockup of what the final roster is supposed to be. The person that made it most likely has inside info. In my clog, there's a comparison with the latest leaked roster shot and it's looking more and more legit in terms of information.

I have very good reason to believe that the character list has been leaked somewhere among all the fake ones. I saw that shot based (supposedly) on the leaked list a few days ago, and I do think it's correct.

That pic is fake. Nearly every fighting game I play - especially SSBM had all of the original characters you started with in the same block. The one above has unlocked characters scattered throughout.

It's got to be fake, the Marth model in the trailer is based on the upcoming DS game (well at least the artwork from the game). In the roster you posted Marth's profile pic is based on his Melee look. Don't fret my man, it can't be real.

I'm pretty sure that in SSBM characters were moved around on the character select screen after you unlocked some of the "variant" characters like Dr Mario and Pichu. I would say I am 90% sure, Regis.

I dunno if it's because I never played the Earthbound games, but I really don't see what the big deal about Ness is. I thought he sucked in the other Smash games. I hated playing as him.

I'd rather see some new characters make it in than someone who's already sorta been replaced by a similar character from the same series.

That's clearly just me, though.
