Even with email notifications when games on your Steam wishlist go on sale, it's still taken some effort to keep up with the digital distributor's holiday promotion. There may be hope yet if you missed out on a deal; Valve is extending the sale with a "Weekend Encore" that will see the return of "a select number of the most sought-after titles."

These undisclosed games will come back with their biggest discounts beginning 10:00am Pacific on January 5 until 10:00am Pacific on January 7. Because we haven't spent enough money already or anything. Speaking of which, Sleeping Dogs for $16.99 is worth jumping on, if you've yet to play the gruesome, tattoo-filled game.
