I had to pick only one actually, I went with Uncharted 3. Later this year I'll go with Skyward Sword
For me, honestly, Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3. Me and my friends play the game a ton and I'll get more hours of it easily.
However, I'm REALLY REALLY GLAD i don't have to choose just one. Already bought MW3, Sonic generations, MGS HD collection, and skyrim, and plan on 3-4 more by the end of hte month.

Also, Battlefield 3, cause I needed a new game to play with my bros, and MW3 isn't my speed.

Uncharted 3, I already beat it, but out of all games this months, I was most hyped for U3, and it lived up to it for me.

I hate to say no to Uncharted 3, along with the other awesome games this month, but Skyrim rules over all.

I would pick Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 as I cry about not getting Sonic Generations. Of course, that's all hypothetical, I am actually playing Sonic Generations right now (it's fucking excellent) while I wait for UMvC3 to come out.
I almost find it funny that Sonic Generations will be my only game purchased this month. I just couldn't resist that Collector's Edition!

Im not home, so got no Xbox till july next year, so Mario is the only game I can play right now, so its Mario.

A lot of people are out of the office on trips and stuff. I honestly want nothing more than a day off, but someone's gotta keep the trains running until the afternoon writers come in.

Based on the quality of previous games in the series...The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. It also just looks amazing. Skyrim is a very close second...
Skyward Sword, no contest. Don't get me wrong, Skyrim, Rayman and other games on the list all look great, and I'll definitely play them, but Zelda is by far my favorite franchise, and SS looks like the best Zelda yet. Already pre-ordered the Gold Wii Mote bundle, now I'm just hoping it takes less than two months for it to arrive on the mail.
I am patiently waiting for Skyrim to come via UPS, and I am sure I won't need another game for the rest of the year.

For some reason "big" titles like MW3 and Skyrim barely exite me, but Nintendo games always do. yeah, call me a Nintendo fanboy. I will probably pick up MW3 and Skyrim later.
Must probably be the fact that I'm practically raised with Nintendo games.

As much as I am sure that I will enjoy Saint's Row the Third(even if not on par with Saint's Row 2) and Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3, if I really had to choose, it would be Skyrim all the way.
That it has quality and quantity when it comes to content makes it an easy choice.

I am still playing my October games. BF3 mostly.
If I am forced to buy a game this month it would probably be Skyrim, even though I am still concerned about the level scaling issues I had with Oblivion.

I'm actually in a tight enough spot financially that if I were to buy a newly released $60 game, I would only be limited to one. Instead, I finally bought Saints Row 2 as a Games On Demand download and will probably trade in a few older titles and pick up Halo Anniversary, then hope I find Rayman on sale sooner or later.
Of course, all of this means I won't be replacing my busted copy of Rock Band 3 until after New Year's Day, but that's probably for the better. I have loads of songs that I don't play enough as it is that still work in RB2, so at least now I won't be wasting money adding more songs to my DLC library.

I would say Super Mario 3D Land because it's the only game that's doing anything genuinely new, but the allure of Skyrim is just too much. I need to do some dragon slaying.
