The usual crew of Jim Sterling, Atheistium and Wardrox has its forces bolstered by community member Dan Gale to discuss their favorite games home grown in the European territories. From Dungeon Keeper to Worms, The Podcastle is alive with the sound of Eurogaming celebration. Top stuff, our kid.
As you will soon hear, we had a rather huge error in this recording that led to us losing practically the entire first half of the show. We had two Northerners on the show, so it may have been stolen. What you will hear is a cobbled together first part, expertly crafted by Wardrox.
Also, we have attempted some stylistic tweaks for this episode. The show should feel somewhat different, but it's up to you, the listener, to let us know if that's a good thing or a bad thing. As ever, you can listen right away on our Podcastle page, so go do it. Love you.
Jim Sterling serves as reviews editor for Destructoid.com, head of the Podtoid podcast, and produces a number of news stories, original features, one-of-a-kind videos. With his passionate argumentative style, controversial opinions, harsh delivery, and dedication to brutal honesty Sterling is a name that you can't help but recognize.

Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?
Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!
@Reaprar, duly noted. So would you say no music, or different music?
Who wants to make me one for free? :D I just need a new PATA HD with some nice XP pro on it ;-D (yeah, PATA it's that old)
I may make a Podcastle 6.1 with no music/montage/intro-skit.... or I might be lazy. Who knows?
Argh, I cannot accept that someone that loves Tomb Raider that much, doesn't at least know that the game was to be an exclusive title for the Sega Saturn and was built around that platform capabilities.
Drop yer pants Lauren, it's spanky time!
Oh, Jim, the games wasn't actually based on the TV series since they both were released at the same time. Marketing or whoring, your call. ;)

Shame about the missing first half, though you guys tend to waffle on far too much at the opening.
Juicy man love for you all anyway!
lulululul ^_^
Also, I haven't listened to it yet, but I generally like having music included on the podcasts I listen to, since it makes it sound a little more lively. However, I could see it getting distracting if you pick bad music or play it too loud.
they're from Belgium... and they got the
also I though Overlord was a production made by Codemasters Netherlands, instead of the UK-team...
Anyway, aside from the drum and bass in the background that made it sound like you were broadcasting from a rave, another great episode.
