The Podcastle 18 records tomorrow: It won't be called PAXcastle photo

Yeah, so Wardrox went to PAX while Atheistium and I did nothing but cry and masturbate. We skipped a week while The 'Drox was off gallivanting in America, but we're pleased to announce that The Podcastle is once again lowering its drawbridge and inviting ye of peasant stock to sup ale in our banquet hall once more. 

Our boy from the North will want to talk about all the fun he had at PAX, but there is also some general Euro news to cover, such as the fact that Ian "O hai I killed two schoolgirls" Huntley is allegedly provided with a Wii while wardens are asked to babysit him. We also have Germany's game bannin' shenanigans and the lack of an Xbox 360 price cut to complain about. 

All this and probably not much more is yours to enjoy and we will be recording at 6pm BST, so please provide us with your questions and comments, which we might read on the show, ensuring E-fame and E-riches beyond your wildest E-dreams.

So Chris Furniss (or someone from The Weekly Geek) told me that Jim Sterling couldn't go to PAX, because the ticket Destructoid booked for him was under the name Jim Sterling (which is apparently not his name). Confirm or Deny Jimmy!

During the masturbate-athon who came the most? That Podcastle shirt looks awesome, where can I get one? German scat porn looks just as violent as video games, don't you think? One last question for Jim: Did you ever interview Reggie Fils-Aime before you called him all those loving names? What would you do if you came face to face with him and he brought up the subject of why you call him a hamburgular and other friendly names? When are we expected to see Podcastle themed merchandise such as above and a spin off game named Podcastle Crashers which has no similarities with a certain other game whose artist was on Podtoid?

If you were Mike and Jerry (and then their little pet. Fight between yourselves as to who is who) how would you want PAX '09 to be? You can do whatever you want because you have monies and fucking lots of it!

Question: What did you guys think about the piece of news from a while back where they discovered that in British prisons, inmates were allowed to play video games provided by taxpayers' money? The media didn't focus on the fact that taxpayers were paying for privileges for inmates that were supposed to be taken away from them as a major point of incarceration, but focused on the fact (scare-tactic) that violent criminals were playing violent games (like GTA, duh) which could make them re-committ violent offences once they were released.
