Wouldn't it be great if the episodes involved different versions of Batman? They already have a Dark Knight Returns skin made...

@Corduroy Turtle It's Solomon Grundy. Big undead guy who lives in the sewers of Gotham City most of the time.

The more they reveal, the better this game is looking. I wouldn't have expected Solomon Grundy at all. That being said, he looks great and should serve an interesting foe.

If they wanted to program a fight w/ a lumbering idiot, Solomon Grundy makes a hell of a lot more sense than Bane. Day one buy!

Grundy looks great. I'm still picking this up day1 but I will say something I didn't think I'd say at all about Rocksteady's work with Batman.
I don't like their voice work for the Penguin. So far everyone else has been top notch. They changed the voice actors for The Riddler but he actually sounds really good and totally fits the pretensuious knowitall character with a slight bit of desperation for attention.
The change to the voice actress for Harley was kind of out of left field and unwanted but she still sounds delightfully ditzy with a smidge of contempt.
Two Face has just the right amount of gruffness in his voice, not over doing it like Christian Bale's Batman voice in Dark Knight.
Catwomen is great (though rather... punny) pulls of the sexy love interest fantastically.
I don't have high hopes for Mr. Freeze. He needs to sound distant, detached, with a hint of arrogance and very very good enunciation. BtAS once again had this character SPOT on.
The Penguin however. They fucked up in this game. Even assuming they ignore the fact he has always been a member(or outcast) of the AMERICAN high society (not the UK) If they wanted to go with a British accent to change it up, don't go with a cockney accent. It goes directly against the "gentleman theif" persona of the character. He comes off as a damn chimney sweeping pick pocket goon with this voice.

Take a look at how Mr. Freeze was portrayed prior to Batman: The Animated Series. Then look what they did with the character there.
Reinventing a character can be a very good thing, if it's done right. Give it a chance.

@Shane Saiyan As I said. If they want to make him UK instead of US fine. But don't give him a cockney accent. It cheapens the character. If you are going to "reinvent" him you got to do more than just change the accent. Look at Mr. Freeze, they changed his backstory, changed his outfit, changed basically every aspect about the character other than the name and the "cold based" crimes.

He actually sounds alot like Zaeed from Mass Effect 2. I do have to add this game to the list of games to buy this year. Skyrim and ME3 are already on it.
This could be only the second game I'll pre-order this year, LA Noire being the other. You see I thought R* were infallible & well, I'll just leave it at that.
For some crazy reason I felt like putting my money down for Saints Row 3. Then THQ pulled that 'Man-a-pult' bait & switch crap, I'll wait a long time to get it dirty cheap. Arkham City is pushing all the right buttons & Batman as a character is in for another great year or so.

Cool, I just hope the boss fight isn’t another “jump out of the way at the last second” affair, but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt.
I'm fine with "future episodes" of games as long as the main game is a full and finished experience (which I expect no less from Rocksteady).
I would have paid good money for a continuing episodes from the Asylum, rather then those "fun at first, boring the 5th time" challenge rooms. Understanding that wouldn't have been for the best given the size of the Island (size was more relative to how you had to sneak rather then how big it was, after all), I'm hoping the city will prove a big enough environment to make a continued story experience a viable way of giving us a great after-story extras.
