im unsubscribed and ill miss it. They will have to go free to play eventually. You cant rush an mmo and have very little endgame content and expect people to keep playing
It still amazes me that a company as big as EA/Bioware could fuck up an MMO so badly. It has no worthwhile endgame content, no "dungeon finder" tool, and they spent 99% of their god damned budget on voice actors and single player lvl 1-20 content.
Acti-blizz openly copy/pasted the best elements of successful MMOs up to that point, put a lot of polish on it, and made a fortune on it. There's nothing wrong with copying what works.
Try telling that to the people on SWTOR's forums, however, and you'll be burned alive by irrational flame-throwers who think anything to do with WoW is somehow spiritually tainted. >_>

It feels like Bioware was just making KOOR3 and figured out they could make an MMO out of it. It's way to solo focused. And I'm a solo player, even.
I don't really see why people make such a big deal out of the lack of endgame content. I mean I can understand in other MMO's, but I think the large part of this game's appeal is the eight different storylines. I don't plan on sticking with my current character once he reaches Level 50. Hell, the only reason I even want to do that is so I can unlock Twi'lek's for every class.
Seriously, what's the point of complaining about the endgame when there's 7 other stories to play through? It's taken me over a month just to beat Chapter 1 with my Smuggler. I just don't see the appeal to sticking around with just one character after a story is fully complete. Though I admit, I'm not really taking guild members into account here.
