It wasen't bad, but also not what I expected.
The only thing that got me interested was the two kids talking in the begging, which taking a blank stab, I think one of them is the master cheif before he bacame a spartan, and he was having a flash back..

Imo of course.

It has the frickin' Master Chef in it.

Of course, it's the bestest.

I almost ran out and bought a 360 halfway through.

I literally had to PULL myself back down into the chair.

Definitely the chief as a little kid. The ad doesn't really make sense otherwise.

Now we know: The Chief is a white dude with brown hair, and he has/had a sister. I assume that's his sister.

Maybe his sister will be a female Spartan in the mulitplayer. Bungie was asking women if they wanted to have a playable female Spartan...

Well it could be MC and one of the other Spartans as kids, not necessarily his sister. There is some speculation that there are other Spartan alive, so the prospect of a female Spartan is not impossible.

Whether you liked the teaser or not... you do have to admit that Master Chief is one of the more badass characters ever.

I'm disappointed that the trailer didn't show any in-game footage, but it does tell me how completely badass a Halo movie would be.

moving video. if you like this read john steakleys "Armor" its similar to Starship troopers but goes over more pyshchological items. Also check out the old Anime Gunbuster, aim for the top.

Screw making a live action movie. That CG movie would be awesome as a full feature. Looked really nice in HD too. That shield looks awesome. Although there wasn't enough action.

What is wrong with you people, that ad was a let-down, extremely anti-climatic. Who gives a crap about cgi sequences, I wanna see some in-game footage. This is what sony did with the ps3 a year ago, only showing cgi sequences from their upcoming games(ie motorstorm, killzone 2).

whoa. This would be one of the best commercial/game trailer if it wasn't for the guy saying "product not yet rated". That totally killed it for me.
