The Network Roundup: Beat the heat

No, I'm not talking about basketball. I'm talking about this nasty thing called summer. The time when my electricity bill's through the roof, and my PC's coolings fans kick on to overdrive. Every year I look forward to the wonderful time known as summer, forgetting the beastly, sweaty weather that comes along with it. Oh, who can ever forget the lovely body odors that mark the season?

The network kept things cool, giving you even more reason to ignore the sun and stare and your computer screen. Destructoid had some choice words for the Kinect system, reassuring us that physical activity and gaming are not a welcome combo. Japanator declared Hatsune Miku some kind of winner. Flixist had plenty of trailers to watch until the sun goes down. Finally, Tompop made me feel horrible by showing me the one Macross Frontier figure I do not own. At least the summer is an excellent excuse to eat a lot of ice cream.
