My girlfriend (from China) just confirmed this is a joke. The company's name is a play on another famous Chinese company. The girl in the ad is famous for being ugly. It claims to have a Blu-Ray drive. If you type the name in baidu.com, you'll only get a few results as this is not a real product. Everyone in China already has a PSP anyway. They don't need a fake one.
