This video should tell you two things. One, never ever read or listen to a message you get while playing a versus game. The only exception to this rule being that you're expecting an invite to another match or game.
 
The other thing this video will tell you is that you really want to pull off the same thing yourself now. Seriously, I'm really looking forward to doing something similar as this in an online match.

The guy that got cut was pretty weak. After recieving this message he had the upper hand actually. It's not a big deal to shoot someone 180 degree behind you while knowing he's exactly there. Leap ahead, turn around while shooting - no decisions just single rapid action. Slightly faster than reaction time for processing "he moved, lets get him" and attacking.
At least he should've died shotting a little to high or to low.

Oh ... sorry, it was on the console. OK, with pad he was indeed dead meat.

Well I have been on both sides of this exchange, the sender of such messages and the recipient, however it's never played out so in-your-face close with a melee kill. Very funny.

Soooo no one else noticed that Trout91 (the guy who makes the kill and message) just so happens to be the exact same level (65) as the guy he kills?
Seems these two just got a "good idea," removed each other from the friend's list, got on separate teams in order to make a Youtube video.

This was clearly a setup. Not to mention the X360 dashboard moves slower than a retirement home. Not even enough time to set up legit.

I could never do that, since my mini-dashboard menu thingie always hangs for 10-15 seconds when I bring it up in-game.

Once I was playing a simple 1v1 in AvP2 while talking to the other player over the phone. He was a marine and I was an alien. For about 4 minutes I followed right behind him until he finally asked, "Where the hell are you?" So I said, "Right behind you." And he just kind of laughed. So I bit his head off. He was... bemused. :D
