Here's a North American trailer for The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D. This new video gets its Ganondorf on, while showing a bunch of gameplay clips. It's short, but it does the trick.
Now, all Nintendo needs to do is release the bloody thing. I'd love to have a reason to turn my 3DS on, outside of laughing girlishly at how awesome the Nintendo Sound parakeets are.

Meet the rest of the team
Looks like they're using the exact same sound clips as the original, surely they can do better now? I'm finding it quite strange how people seem so excited about what I'm starting to worry will be a bare bones remake, obviously the graphics are way better than in the N64 version but stylistically they're looking more or less identical. Hopefully they'll seem a bit more interesting when its actually being played, its still going to be an obvious first day purchase for me.
@SSKudu They remastered the audio. Oddworld Stranger's Wrath HD will do the same. I see no reason to complain. In fact, I'd be miffed if they used the Twilight Princess voice clips.
Even if it is a bare bones remake, I'm fine with it considering that it has Master Quest and several pieces of new content.
Excite! Though I must disagree with the notion that this will be the first 3DS game worth picking up. Having loads of fun with Ridge Racer, Pilotwings, and Steel Diver - and Dream Trigger 3D which releases soon looks fucking incredible.
I really dont know why, but this really made me want the game for the first time. Never played it, was going to buy it but now I'm actually fucking excited!
God this is looking so good; I can't wait to play it! I for one I'm pretty excited because I never owned it in the N64, so I could never play it entirely (I got it for maybe a couple of weeks, a couple of hours each day. Didn't get very far) and also it'll be in a portable console, which makes it easier for a student like me who has to move her crap around yearly.
And to the people showing disinterest: if you really were that uninterested by this remake why bother spending the time and energy to comment at all? I hope you're not one of us who will pick up the game in day one, lest you give mixed reactions about this game.
What , they changed the animation when you grab the mastersword?! I'm not buying this ! Haha lolz just kidding, fanboys are awesome! Now all we need is MAJORAS MASK!
I never finished the original either. I think I got to the water temple, got bored and moved on. Thankfully, they're remastering this and teh temple as well, I'm definitely finishing it this time.
Don't worry dv8thwonder we seen it the first time you posted meh. You didn't need to go post it a 2nd time, nobody gives a shit if you like this game or not so stop spamming.
Honestly, not impressed. I love this game too, but it's not compelling me to purchase a 3DS. The screenshots of that labyrinth game were more impressive.
People who post "meh" are the worst people on the internet. Even worse than the ones who post "gay". That being said, I wish I saw something in that trailer that I hadn't seen so many times before and... I didn't. :(

I haven't played Ocarina of Time in years and quite honestly I never beat it straight through. Got almost to the end of my own and then watch my cousin beat it at his house. I have a 3ds so I'll definitely be buying this.
Its so weird how when you have fond memories of something, you remember it being/looking better then it did. When I first saw the 3ds version, I was like "looks good but so did the n64 version". Then I actually watched a youtube video and no it doesn't!
Damn you nostalgia.
Embarrassingly worse looking than Twilight Princess or Wind Waker. The 3DS should be blowing this Gamecube powered trailer out of the water.

I understand it is nostalgic, but this doesn't cut it. Imagine how awesome Nintendo could be if they put the right amount of effort into their products.

I hate how people think just because they played them game that everyone in the world has too so there is no point of it. I own the game on N64 and NEVER beat it. I loved the game but I think I was more into my PS1 during those times so I just never got around to it. I wanted to play it before the 3DS even was announced but lost my connection to my TV plus it has aged horribly. So with that said this is perfect for me. I didn't get my 3DS for this game at all but it'll be a great addition to my system.
Still not convinced that this is worth buying, sure OoT is a great game on N64 but i already own that there isn't really anything that has me excited for this remake. The soundtrack is the same and some of the graphics are improved but plenty are still practically the same as the N64 version. So it definitely doesn't seem worth it at this point although i'll probably pick it up sometime in the future but i'm more excited for Resident Evil Mercenaries than this loveless remake.
Just to tell the fucktards like it is: The graphicis are polygonal and not realistic like Twilight Princess INTENTIONALLY, because Nintendo wanted to preserve the original art-style, not because of your fucktarded reasoning of "TEH 3DS GRAFX SUXXEZ"

This has to be the fourth or fifth time this year I've seen a videogame trailer un-ashamedly use this, very unprofessional.

I agree entirely.
