I know you really, really wanted a copy of The Last Remnant for the PS3. Hey, don't make that face.
The original plan was for Square Enix's role-playing game to be released on PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3. Now? Not so much. Two out of three isn't bad, right?
At a shareholder's meeting, Square Enix president Yoichi Wada expressed concern about the game's profitability. Also, the span of time between the release of the original version and this PS3 version may also have weighed in. And, of course, there's also the part about the game being kind of half-assed.
Kotaku reminds that they did not show The Last Remnant at E3 this year. I didn't miss it, and I'm sure you didn't either, but that's a pretty solid indicator that the game isn't coming out for PS3. We'll wait for the official word now. Sad, aren't you? You're not?

I enjoyed the game on 360, but i'm an RPG whore.
Its by no means a bad game, but definately not a great one.

And I actualyl really enjoyed the game. Some of the story may have been predictable (most JRPGs tend to be predictable nowadays), but I found the combat extremely fun. Almost endless possibilites of Unions and formations and strategies and attacks. Definetely one of the more complex ones out there. I installed it to my hard drive, so i never experienced the graphical issues others did.
I agree. I usually give all RPGs a chance, but I couldn't on this one. Its soooo bad. Rush Sykes is the DOUCHE of all douches. I honestly stopped playing the game because of him. When he kept being such a little prick around the king David or whoever and just kept going "ALRIGHT DAVE!" the combination of how stupid he was and the terrible voice acting made me flat out stop.
oh and the battle system was a convoluted mess.
I also had no issues with graphics..
Game is a POS in my opinion and hope they don't even make anything ever like it again. Who makes RPGs scaled on how strong the player is! COME ON!
