It isn't really difficult until the last couple of fights. You just need good reflexes and timing, and to know the trick to beating some of the opponents. I've never beaten it but I'll gladly go back and play it again. :)

11 isn't exactly a solid question given that it varies. If you mean to ask how many times he bounces towards you before flooring your ass, I've seen him jump twice, but he jumps three times with a higher frequency of instances and whatnot. Boy am I tired.
