The final Nintendo Power cover is perfect photo

On the left is Nintendo Power #1. On the right is the final issue, #285. Wow. Bravo.

We were hoping to wait until the mag hit newsstands on December 11, but since this photo of its cover has been making the rounds all day, we figured we might as well share the news now. I mean, who wouldn't want to alert the world to this masterful stroke of nostalgia?

Remember earlier this year when I suggested that the next Mario game should be done entirely in the claymation style? Look at this and tell me it wouldn't be magical. Tell me to my face! Tell me right now! Because I don't know how much longer I can hold back the tears, and I need to replace this bubbling pit of sadness in my stomach with cocky vindication as soon as possible.

Please. Somebody.

Atlus picks up EarthBound-inspired Citizens of Earth

It's been said before that a "failed" Kickstarter isn't the end -- that every dollar matters even if the total amount raised ultimately falls short. That's true for Eden Industries' Citizens of Earth, a role-playing game whi...more
