MUGEN is an open-source fighting game that basically allows you to make your own Street Fighter game. You can import characters from other games to make impossible fights like you've seen in hand-made sprite hacks like Scorpion vs. Ryu.

torrent on MiniNova you can try here, but it's not very fast. If you find any good mirrors, please post it!

how do you actually play this game though.. I mean M.U.G.E.N(from what I know of) is a "create-your-self" engine isnt it?
