"Too Japanese" my ass.
Sorry about that. Quirky Japanese games sometimes give me "Tourette's of the keyboard", especially when they are finally announced for release in the United States. Tomena Sanner stands alongside Pole's Big Adventure, Muscle March, Discipline, and Let's Hitchhike on my "must have" Japanese WiiWare list, so naturally, I feel Konami is making the right decision in permitting me to give them money for this game. You'd think more developers of Japanese WiiWare games would give the whole "sell videogames to people that want them" thing a try, but there you go.
Razak let you know about the game a little while back, but to recap: Tomena Sanner is about a desperate salaryman (and aren't they all) who is willing to cross any obstacle in order to meet his deadlines. Squatting housewives, farting dinosaurs, pink poo, and Run DMC impersonators are just a few of the things he'll vault over, crotch-kick, and break-dance with to achieve his goals. (Note to self, when Anthony makes the sequel to Runner, get him to include pink Run DMC poo this time).
Anyway, buy Tomena Sanner when it comes out. It's fun.
