The Darkstalkers return in a PC-only Monster Hunter game

3:00 PM on 10.04.2011

Like Viewtiful Joe and Power Stone games, the Darkstalkers series was once so popular that it scored its own animated series. Too bad Capcom couldn't keep that momentum going, though unofficial series mascot Morrigan the Succubus has never strayed far from the spotlight, appearing in multiple other Capcom games, including Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 and Gunbird 2

It looks like the overly-sexualized green-haired psychic vampire is back again, and this time, she's bringing her less popular, leggings-loving pal Demtri with her. The Japan-only PC title Monster Hunter Frontier will be getting free Morrigan and Demitri skins. The two lords of the underworld look pretty badass as they hit dragons in the face with their rapiers. And the dragons just sit there and take it!

Silly dragons!
