Am I right? SimCity's release sort of snuck up on me. I spent months concerned I was going to actually have to install Origin and actually support EA's unconscionable practices (always online needs to die). Instead, the game is out, in all of its somewhat-playable glory and I'm not even afraid I'll impulse purchase it because I can't be bothered to install origin. Wallet, 1. EA, 0. Or however many units its sold. Meanwhile, I'm sitting here downloading more free PS+ games than I will ever have time to play. Ugh.

Today, Hamza delivered the details on Hawken's new mech, Chris Carter chronicled the most choice Castlevania titles, Fraser Brown reviewed solid adventure title Cognition, I shared some animu nonsense about the hot mess that is Time and Eternity, Jim tepidly received a new Dynasty Warriors game, and more!

Here's everything that happened during Nintendo's 2014 E3 Conference

Nintendo had a very well-rounded presentation today, with very few major reveals and mostly just new teases. The new Zelda Wii U game was briefly talked about and teased, as was Mario Maker, and a few others. The biggest developments were probably the new Smash Bros. additions as well as expanded NFC toy support. Here's everything that happened at Nintendo's E3 conference.more
