Btw, Batman's better for navigating open areas but I seem to do better with Catwoman in the combat rooms. She doesn't have as many moves yet she's faster with everything in general.
Plus her skintight alternate outfits motivate me to win. Yup, it's like that. #sexistbuttrue
As far as I know, you can only play as Robin on challenge maps. I've heard prisoners referencing Robin though, so maybe he does come into play at some point during the actual campaign.
I think it's easier traversing the city with Catwoman. Her whip jumps seem more accurate than Batman's grappling.
Truthfully, I've been playing a while, but I'm not that far in the story because I've been doing the Riddler and pay-phone missions.
Have you tried the AR missions yet? By the time you're able to complete those and get the achievement, you'll be deadly accurate with his gliding capabilities. The first few that unlock his grapple boost are relatively easy but the rest are among the most challenging parts of the game.
And as far as Robin appearing in the story, eh, I'll just let you find that out for yourself. ;)
