It Came From Japan! Spriggan: Lunar VerseAre they the Wii Pikmin rereleases you're playing? I've actually heard the controls are much better, and I'm debating on grabbing them. I've never played any Pikmin game, but just seeing how graphically beautiful Pikmin 3 looks makes me want to play the series. (Metal Gear Solid 4 did the same thing to me.)
Do the games us the pointer, or actual motion/waggle? I agree, motion controls can suck it, but the IR pointer is godly.

I played through Pikmin 2 on the Wii, so I canīt tell you anything about the first one, but Pikmin 2 only uses the IR pointer (and the Wii controls are far superior to the gamecube controls) .
It is an amazing game and for $20 brand new, it is a steal.
It is probably one of the most charming Nintendo games ever released.
