Pretty sure it's making fun of the actual program that is named "Game Maker" which is some what decent and good for getting ideas done fast, but is pretty freaking retarded if you want to actually make something out of it. The program is made by yoyogames.com where they have a forum of sorts called the GMC (game maker community) where most of the time little kids who got their hands on the program post horrible games such as this and post forum topics like "I mad a gaem". Don't get me wrong, I've seen amazing things be made by GM, but most of the time you just have kids making mario clones with poor spelling.

Yeah, making something decent out of it is tricky to do. I made a gane using it for a project at college, and even though I spent ages making the thing, it still played awfully.

I just tried to download it but Norton stepped in and decided the .exe wasn't safe and removed it for me
I actually made it with MMF2, which is a lot like Game Maker :)
As for Norton removing it, stuff made with MMF2 sometimes gets false positives. It's safe though.
