Don't worry, judging by the sucess of Castle Crashers on the PS3, they'll probably port this one too.
Alien hominid better make a cameo in this.

The BattleBlock Theater intro is basically fantastic
Here is the intro movie to The Behemoth's upcoming new game, BattleBlock Theater. It's got a high chance of becoming the best thing you'll see today, so make sure you pay attention. Nothing much I can add, other than the fact that I'm very much looking forward to this and it's been far, far too long since these guys last brought the awesome to consoles. If the game's as great as this video is adorable, then it'll be a GOTY contender. And then the ocean was all like, "PSYCHE!" Did you know? Don't worry, judging by the sucess of Castle Crashers on the PS3, they'll probably port this one too. I dont think the behemoth is capable of making a game that isn't awesome as tits.
Alien hominid better make a cameo in this. @HEL105 There is one (or at least the main idea). It's called "Puppets in the Park" by Waterman Studios. Here's a link:
http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/387095 Meh. The bit with the shark made me laugh ("Yup, there he is.") but that was about it. The art style was totally awesome, though. I played this at Comic-Con last year for about two hours. It became the game I never knew I wanted so badly. 8:30 PM on 04.29.2013 When it is acceptable to be a thoughtless bastardThere are not many times when being an inconsiderate jerk to somebody winds up being to the benefit of everyone involved, and BattleBlock Theater should be celebrated for providing such opportunities. Sure, Jordan repea...

3:35 PM on 04.22.2013 We have become entertainment for catsJordan and I have been waiting impatiently for BattleBlock Theater since it was first announced an eternity ago, so we wasted no time in firing it up for the second sortie in our Couch Campaign. Today, we present our first foray into the colorful platformer filled with cats, traps, poop jokes and mystery. It's a lot like our day-to-day lives, when you get right down to it.

8:30 PM on 04.05.2013 Boba Fett, Blood Dragon, and Battleblock TheaterHey gang! Unfortunately, we didn't do a live Destructoid Show today, but we still did one. And it's probably a little bit weird. The big sad news is that Disney carried out Order 66 on LucasArts. Sadder still, Star War...
11:00 AM on 04.03.2013 Review: BattleBlock TheaterAfter nearly five years of development time, BattleBlock Theater is finally here. Following the success of Castle Crashers, it would stand to reason that The Behemoth has some big shoes to fill, and for many, the suspense is killer. So I'll just cut to the chase here: it was worth the wait if you're a platforming fan.
